Payday loans are simple and we try to make is as straightforward as possible.

(1) When I apply on-line for a payday loan, I am handing out delicate and personal information about myself such as my bank account. Are there security measures that I can relay on?

There is no need to worry, since the payday loan company understands the necessity of keeping your privacy. Therefore, when applying online the web site has highly secure technologies and transfer protocols who maintain your personal information safe.

(2) I am 32 and a US citizen, do I qualify for a payday loan?

There are a couple of basic requirements needed in order to obtain the loan. If you answer positive on all 4, you are definitely eligible for the payday loan!

• Must have a permanent address.
• Proof of a steady job.
• Valid and active bank account.
• Reached the minimum age requirement by law of 18.

(3) I have been living off the social security for the past 2 years and I am interested in getting a payday loan. So my question is- is social security considered as a steady income for the loan?

Although you receive social security every month (or a retirement pay), unfortunately this is not considered as a steady income. However people that do have a steady job but get paid only by commissions would not be eligible as well.

(4) I have a bad credit rating since I have not paid my mortgage on time for the past 3 months. Now my car broke down and I am interested in fixing it as soon as possible, but the bank will not allow me to loan from them (and even if they did it would take a long time until I got it). Do payday loan companies lend money to people with bad credit rating?

Definitely. Payday loan companies work with people who have bad credit ratings to offer them the cash they require until payday.

(5) I am a Canadian citizen visiting the US for a couple of months; my wallet has been stolen, so therefore I would like to take a payday loan to buy a plane ticket back home. Is it possible?

Sorry about your wallet… but if you are not an American citizen or resident you will not be eligible for a payday loan in the US.

(6) Can I borrow more than one loan at a time from the payday loan company? I am in a desperate need of a large amount of cash?

The payday loan company can loan you up to 1500$ but is not able to allow you to take a couple of loans at once. You would need to repay the first loan fully and then be able to receive another.
